None of the methods above work. I even tried switching devices, but it still didn't work. I asked my friend to help me submit the appeal. He first used his computer to submit an appeal for his own account, which was successfully submitted and the appeal record was visible. Then, he logged into my account to submit my appeal. Although it showed that the appeal was successful, I still couldn't find the appeal record.
Hi kwmsa,
Thanks for testing that out on your friend's computer. It sounds like it might be a bug with the account itself. I've seen this before. What helped to submit a case then was to open the EA Help site in incognito mode, and without logging into the EA account, start to fill out a help ticket. I'll outline the steps below:
- Open up an incognito tab in your browser.
- Click this link, I've prepped to go straight to the contact page: https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=ea-app&topic=dispute-ban-suspension
- Click 'Continue without signing in'.
- Under the heading 'Still need help', select 'Message Us'.
- Fill out the information required, and send the case.
Hopefully, that will help your case send through.

Alright, I'll try to send an email without logging in, hoping to receive a reply this time.

Unfortunately, the appeal letter I sent two days ago has not received any reply in my inbox until now.😂

Is there something wrong with the content of my appeal letter? I haven't received any reply at all.

Hi kwmsa,
It sounds like the case went through this time. That's great! I'm glad the steps helped you reach out with your appeal.
I won't know about your appeal case. We can't help with this on the EA Forums. The TOS team handles each appeal on a case-by-case basis, some take longer than others as a result. It may take some time. Here's what our EA Help guide shares: Get information about EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com about your case within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you further details about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake. Our advisors can no longer transfer cases to our Terms of Service Moderation team.
You've done the best thing by sending in a ban appeal. You just need to keep an eye on your email. They will respond as soon as possible.
