All Battlefield Stats reset

My stats in every Battlefield game were reset to level 0. How does this even happen? I’m using the same accounts I have since I made an EA account.

I’ve submitted tickets but no response.

Make sure you are using the same account, losing progress is not a thing and I have yet to see a case like this actually happen. Also, support does not have the ability to return your progress as a heads up warning.
