All my game data is gone

EA accidently linked my playstation account to my brothers account. So when I linked my account to fix the situation. Its reset all my game progress and data on all my games. I can't even access my add on DLC. I don't mind restarting my game if I can at least get my playstation plus play pack add-on for Skate. Playstation told me I had to contact EA and I can't get through the EA support chat. I've tried for 2 days straight and they keep ending the chat even though its not popping up on my end.
