Am I really banned?
My account had gotten hacked and I recently just recovered it which was a simple and easy process due to the help of the support I had gotten. But after the recovery I noticed that my account received a ban in Apex Legends due to gameplay enhancement. I tried to appeal and just got the decision that a full investigation was done and the ban was appropriate. I want to know what investigation was done as I had mentioned my account was hacked and it was not me played the game and was banned for the cheat. Does this mean I can never recover my account? I have re-appealed but I am losing hope.
