Anyone know how to get actual help from EA support?

I have created multiple cases but when I get the email telling me an agent is trying to reach me, I click the link to go back to my case and it’s already been closed. Been trying to create a new case...

I have got the same issue. EA linked to an account that I last used in 2010. it deactivated and someone else claimed the name, now they probably have like 8 emails stating someone is trying to access their ea account.... why can't they just make it easy...
