I'm experiencing the same problem. I got permanently banned due to anti-cheat, but I never used any third-party or cheating programs at all. Just like your case, I can't submit an appeal — I get the exact same error. I submitted an appeal through EA Help, but I haven’t heard anything back even though it's been more than two days since I submitted it.
