Hey Anoniem33, our live support covers a variety of issues, but there are many that they cannot assist with, and as such you can make use of our help articles or the forums.

If looking to delete your account, you can find all the info on how to do so here

I tested it just there and was able to create an account deletion case and speak with one of our advisers.

Can you take a minute to review the help article and then try again.
