Ban appeal

Hi! I just claimed my account again from a ban from 2025. I wasn't even playing Apex at that time, and recently I wanted to go back to playing Apex again, but it appeared that my account was level 1, so I checked my Origin/EA account, and it got changed, and I reported it to a support agent and got my account back due to being hacked without me knowing it. Now I'm having a hard time talking to appeal support because I'm still banned without me actually using my account, and all of my details were permanently changed from that account without my prior knowledge, so basically I'm not in control of that account anymore without my knowledge, of course, but the thing is, why does the support appeal team still deny my request? I was an avid player of Apex before, having more than 600 hours of game time in total in Steam and Origin. Is there any other way that this can be resolved? I HAVE LITERALLY PROOF, and their database can see the changes of my account in the past years.  I JUST LITERALLY WANT TO PLAY THE GAME IN MY ACCOUNT that account has a heirloom
