I finally managed to solve the problem of not being able to send an appeal via chat with support!
In my case, I had to log out of my account and then select the option: "Continue as a guest" on the page: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/. This will allow you to fill in your name and email in the form.
The request will then be successfully submitted and automatically linked to your account.
Thanks for the human support and especially to a person named Alpesh - kudos to them!
edit1: and in 30 minutes an automatic response about decline of appeal was send to my email...
edit2: only after second appeal, the issue is taken in hands by real human to investigate, wish me luck guys
