Did you receive a confirmation email about your case yet? The website says "A confirmation email sent to...", but i did not get a mail.

got this reply and I'm gonna leave this piece of shii game. I think those people are just saying full investigation with no full investigation nor don't know the meaning of full investigation.
Anyways, I'm leaving.

At first appeal i got this email aswell. If you believe you have been wrongly marked as cheater, fight for your rights and send another appeal. You cant give up that easily. Their auto-ban system clearly have an error and we need to persuade them to correct and fix it.

I had the same situation as you. Thank you for this post. It has made me determined not to play EA games anymore in the future.

seconde reply updates. Like some of you guys worried the teams who are getting the problems is the service teams, not the tech team. And I'm really really really exhausted of waiting for the real, concrete and clear solution.
I want to make an another account and buy the game again but since we don't know what's causing the problems I'm worried it might happen again. Anyways, here is my second ridiculous reply.
I mean can't you just contact the TOS department instead? At least tell them or note to them that there is some dude telling about his account issues .How am I suppose to contact them because I don't have their e-mail address nor their number. Huh?

This is straight up ridiculous. Why not forwarding the issue to the TOS Team? And how on earth are we supposed to get to the TOS Team? Maybe its time to use Twitter and stuff to reach out to one of the community managers, so that they are being made aware of the issue. Maybe this will help?
