At first appeal i got this email aswell. If you believe you have been wrongly marked as cheater, fight for your rights and send another appeal. You cant give up that easily. Their auto-ban system clearly have an error and we need to persuade them to correct and fix it.

Yeah I got furious at the first time.

Woke up acted cold and I appealed to them again..
