I finally managed to solve the problem of not being able to send an appeal via chat with support!
In my case, I had to log out of my account and then select the option: "Continue as a guest" on the page: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/. This will allow you to fill in your name and email in the form.
The request will then be successfully submitted and automatically linked to your account.
Thanks for the human support and especially to a person named Alpesh - kudos to them!
edit1: and in 30 minutes an automatic response about decline of appeal was send to my email...
edit2: only after second appeal, the issue is taken in hands by real human to investigate, wish me luck guys

I got mine submitted BUT did not get the automatic response. I got immediate human investigation.
When I submitted mine I clearly mentioned these threads with links.
About an hour later I got this email saying my case is under review no rejection emails, no automatic response emails. I think we're getting somewhere with this now!

What topic did you pick? It says “What kind of issue are you having?” here. Maybe it would help support to answer me. And did you use guest mode to submit tickets?

"Submit an appeal" and yes, you must do it by that blue link "Continue as guest"
