Banned - Stuck in loop - Not showing on help pages

I received a banned detail message today stating that the reason is competitive advantage, which is ridiculous. The only thing I might have done wrong is host a shared portal and kill bot, causing my KD to increase. I pay for the game and only play for 10 hrs. This makes me feel like a huge lie to me.
