Banned - Stuck in loop - Not showing on help pages

Hey OP - wanted to give an update on my case. I had two open, they sent me an email yesterday saying they're closing them because the appeal is duplicated. After opening my second case, a ban did in fact appear on my account. After they closed the case, the ban disappeared again.

I can see the active case has been transferred twice now. Waiting on a response from them.

Any update from anyone?
