Banned - Stuck in loop - Not showing on help pages

The same thing happened to me—I got permanently banned without any clear reason. The only possibilities I can think of are either the controller I use, which has back buttons and was purchased from Amazon, or a comment I made in chat. I said “because it’s fun” when teammates were complaining about us being on a rooftop near the objective.
