Banned since last weeek without any reason...

Greetings 

Last week I've been banned when I was playing, then I've e report MY MAIN ACCOUNT (captures attached) on EA Support and here because i cannot go to the forum due about that. No answer and they're tough the problem was on this second account (that's why I created this one for report my main one). If there's any solution for that unnecessary ban would be great because I don't know why I got this because I was playing need for speed heat last time then 4 days after got this ban because I wasn't used it for 4 days only?

Please need a wonderful help because it frustrating me getting this without any reason....
