Banned wrongfully
So I am caught up in kind of a special situation. As my EA account is linked to both pc and ps5. My brother plays on pc and I play on ps5, and this caused a situation which got me banned on ps5, because of the PC side getting a permanent ban. I got banned aswell while I havent done anything bannable and followed al guidelines of the game. I dont know if his ban was deserved or not but mine certainly wasnt. If theres an option of me linking my psn account to a different ea account or me getting unbanned on PS5 (not my brother on pc) i would like to know, because its been a month i havent played the game. I ocassionaly spend money on the game aswell so its a waste of my money. Please help me and thank you!

Welkom op de nederlandse forum. Dit is een van de redenen waarom we account-delen willen voorkomen. Als je naar ons dienstvoorwaarden kijkt:
U bent verantwoordelijk voor de activiteit op uw EA-account; het account is van u, deel het niet. Uw EA-account kan worden geschorst of beëindigd indien iemand anders het account gebruikt voor activiteiten die inbreuk maken op deze overeenkomst.
Ik kan alleen aanraden dat je contact opneemt met ons dienstvoorwaarden team. Zij kunnen naar de ban kijken, maar ik raad jullie aan om in de toekomst op jullie eigen EA account te spelen.
