Community ManagerSo I went and submitted on the link you posted. How do I know if they reply? Will I receive an email, when I check my cases it shows none.
Community ManagerIf you have an email case, I would assume an email response. Otherwise, via Live Chat, I would assume your account details would be updated right away after you confirmed your identity and account ownership.
