I still only have the standard version. It has been two days. I also paid to have my gamertag changed 2 weeks ago, and it never changed. I googled what my options were, nothings seems to fit.
May I have some help please? Thank you.

Hey Sturgeon have you spoken with Xbox support about this to ensure that the purchase went through and was for the Phantom version.
As for the Gamertag, this has nothing to do with EA and is something that you would need to discuss with Xbox support.

Hi solbrite,
Have you checked if Phantom Edition packs are installed. I'm not sure what platform you're on, but on my Xbox, the standard edition artwork is shown, but the Phantom pack shows as not needing to be installed (I've got the items on my account).
If I view the Phantom Edition in the store, it also appears as being available for purchase, so I'm wondering if it's similar.

No, I haven't contacted XBOX directly yet. Im pretty sure I need to get into my Microsoft account for that and I tried many times in the past and I am unable to (forgot password, and I have a new phone number and email now). Can I contact Xbox directly without having to get into my Microsoft account ?
