Can’t access EA Playtesting site

Hi,

I keep getting an error when I try to log in  the EA Playtesting website. It says:

"An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #30.a97a7b5c.1775630305.350937a"

I’ve tried clearing my cache and using Incognito mode,using other browser and tried other wi-fi but it still won't load. Is the site down, or is my connection blocked?
