Can’t link and play games that require my EA account

Can’t Link my existing EA account to PSN or anything it just refreshes the page after trying need an EA collegue to take over and help me get my account working

Hi there. Where are you trying to link accounts? If you're using a web browser, make sure you're using a Chrome browser. You can also try using incognito mode to make sure cookies aren't interfering.

    Thank you for your reply I am trying to link it to my PSN on PlayStation I use Google Chrome and I have tried doing this as an incognito page but same result it should be noted that I am trying to do this process on my phone in the browser

      Using your phone might be the problem. Have you tried putting the browser in desktop mode?
