Hard to fathom a less helpful reply from a "community manager" what a joke
Who would’ve guessed directed me back to where I been stuck at for the last 12 months should give them my birth certificate of all of my ancestors and I might have a sniff at getting my account back what a joke

Account security is handled exclusively by EA Help, and as community managers, we don’t have access to personal account details or the ability to bypass their verification protocols. I know that’s not the answer you were hoping for, but these measures are in place to protect your account and personal information.
