Can’t connect main PlayStation account
Had my EA account linked to an old PlayStation account of mine that is no longer in use and so I can’t link my current PlayStation account to this EA account because it was previously connected to an account I stopped using about 7 years ago. It keeps telling me that I can only connect 1 PlayStation account per EA account even if I unlinked the previous one.
And so how can I relink a new account so I can actually use my EA account on my current PlayStation account?

To link your EA Account to a different PlayStation account, you'll need to contact live support. Please scroll to the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page, answer the NextStep bot's questions as prompted, and you'll be redirected to support options. If you're receiving pushback from the bot, use this form to reach those support options instead.
