Can’t Download Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition After Refund

Hello,

I accidentally purchased both Battlefield 6 Standard Edition and Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition on my PS5.

I requested and received a refund for the Standard Edition, because I only want to keep and play the Phantom Edition.

 

However, now when I try to download the Phantom Edition, I get this message:

“This item is unavailable. You already own Battlefield 6 – Phantom Pack.

 

It seems the refunded Standard Edition caused a license conflict with the Phantom Edition.

Could you please help remove the “Phantom Pack” license from my account so I can download and play the Phantom Edition properly?

    Dude I'm also facing this issue 

    and I'm on PC accidental purchase was made from my account for phantom edition pack however when I requested the refund it was denied and rejected they told me that refund is not possible so they added the game back to my library now - now I own the game and when I try to download it
    it gives me an error says that I don't have access or I don't own this game lol
    Their support is incompetent that whenever I connect with an advisor each one of them gives me a bull**bleep** reason and connects me with a different person this keeps looping and now I'm starting to feel like that my $100 were just stolen from me by a $55 billion dollar company
