Can’t unlink ea account from my Xbox account

I cannot link my Xbox account to my ea account because it is currently linked to an account I made 10 years ago when I was 12. I am unable to unlink my Xbox account from this old ea account because I cannot sign into the ea account because the email I used for it was deleted due to inactivity so I cannot recover my password, i also had lied about my age so I could play rated m games and I don’t remember what fake age I gave. So i basically am locked out of content I paid for years ago because it won’t let me unlink it.
