I have checked and I am using only one EA account, and the email address on my EA account is the same email I used when submitting the refund requests.
Yes, this is for a refund.
I have already tried the Refund Tool and followed the steps in the “How to get a refund for EA games” guide multiple times.
However, the cases still do not appear in my “My Cases” page, so it seems they are not reaching the support system.
Please let me know what I should try next to get the case properly created.
