Can I just get some help please?

I just need to unlinked my hijacked account from Steam, please. I have written 3 forms now and all of them get "resolved" automatically. Can I get a human help please? Is that too much to ask

    Same here, I can't even get a chat open. All it says when I submit for a case is "This issue isn't supported by advisors"
