EA ID scrambled to random numbers
I have seen this somewhere but there has been no real fix as the people that reported it had a different issue. I dont have a problem accessing my EA account, I have never changed email address but it seems like after some research EA just likes to scramble the IDs if the accounts aren't in used for a while? And that is what is being used in all the games. Also kicker is if i look at my linked account, it has zero problem seeing my steam account using the same name, or under my game personas (in the edit account page), it can see all my other EA games using the same name. only difference is battlefield where it also had my old clan tag.
In my EA app, my nickname is set to my ID. If i login to my account and try to edit the ID to match the nickname it tells me that is is already in use. How does one go about fixing that?
