Can support help me?

Hi guys. 

My account has been breached by someone with a Russian email address. I have absolutely no ability to livechat using the EA support links. The chat doesn't appear and my tickets get closed each time. This is really frustrating! I waited 3 hours yesterday and my ticket got closed.. it happened today too. 

Do I have any recourse? Is there a support email I can use to get someone to talk to me? Twitter/X?

    Hello. There are instructions for securing a hacked account here. If that doesn't help, you can open a case with an advisor by hitting the "Contact us" button at the bottom of the page. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response.  Sadly as I've said the link doesn't seem to be of any use at all :( the contact us button doesn't work and my tickets just expire.

    Any help would be appreciated thank you

    Can you clarify a bit? You say the contact us button doesn't, but you also say your tickets are expiring. If you're able to create a case, the contact us button seems to be working. So, I'm a bit confused on exactly what's happening.

    The ticket opens. I get a case number and then several hours later I just get a "thanks for reaching out" email. Yesterday I did wait the 250+ mins for the chat to open, but no cigar unfortunately. 

    Is the strategy just to keep opening the same ticket over and over? Will someone email me eventually? I don't mean to be annoying but genuinely super confused on what I can even do in this scenario

    If you are missing their response and the case closes, you'll need to open another.

    It allows me to resume the ticket? It doesn't help. I've had like 6 emails like "thanks for reaching out." 

    I'm even trying different browsers with virtual machines now to try get the chat window to appear.  :( man this sucks lol

    I have been trying to get ahold of EA support for two days now, since they've removed their support email and phone number :( livechat is a nightmare!
