Cannot Delete EA Account

On 22 December I contacted ea to exercise Right To Be Forgotten. On 23 December I got an email from ea saying my account had been deleted. However, the account is still linked to my psn. Every time I contact ea for help they tell me they cannot find my account because it is deleted, yet I can still sign in to the account on ea help, and the account is STILL linked to my psn. 

Every single advisor I talk to just tells me there’s nothing they can do. I’ve sent the photos from my console showing that the account is still linked, I’ve sent screenshots from my ea account showing that the account is still active and is STILL linked to my psn yet all they tell me is that the account is deleted and theres nothing that they can do.

Can someone please help. How can I delete and unlink this account because ea advisors really wouldnt be bothered. At this rate Im okay with deleting everything and anything related to ea because the customer service is really terrible.

    I am also having problem with deleting my account, a while back i sent a ticket to have help with deleting my account but never got a response, i need help please.

    Hey khonakhon92​ sorry for the delay. An account deleting can take some time to be completed and if you log back in or open a case using the account you want deleted then this can cause the deletion to be delayed or cancelled.
