Can’t chamge my email

 

I've been talking to tech support for a month and a half now, but they can't help me in any way, they refer to some kind of security system and can't help in any way.

I haven't changed my email at all lately, I don't know why there might be such an error or how to fix it.

    The security system, eh? Hmmm, it may be that the error message is popping up due to the system being triggered. 🤔

    If it is the security system accidentally triggering, usually 24 hours helps calm things down. So, for example, if your last attempt was at, say, 10 a.m. today, try waiting until 10 a.m. tomorrow, clearing your browser cache, and then taking a peek to see if your request was processed before trying it again.

    In fact, it doesn't help me at all, I tried to change the data from different devices and wait for 24 hours, but the problem still doesn't change, and tech support says the same thing.

    Hmm, ok. 24 hours usually does the trick if it is the security system being triggered.

    Let's see...

    • Is it asking you to verify the update with a security code? Are you able to get the code and pop it in to process the email update change?
    • Do you have access to the email address currently registered to the EA account?

    Of course, I have full access to my online mail and data, but I've been having this error for 4 months now anyway.
