CANNOT MOVE TWO EA ACCOUNT TOGETHER

I have 2 EA accounts. 1 I want to cancel. I want to move my gaming name/contact phone number to the second account (which i my account for all my EA games). A. there is no info I can find telling me how to do this, 2. The AI chat box is totally dumb - can't figure out what I want and will not pass me to a human.

Love some personal help from EA but at the moment this is impossible.
