Cannot Unlink Xbox Account

My EA account shows that it is linked to an Xbox account that I do not recognize. I am having trouble unlinking it.

  1. I go to the Connected Accounts section on the website
  2. I click 'Unlink' next to the Xbox account. 
  3. I get a confirmation window asking if I am sure I want to unlink with a checkbox at the bottom asking if I understand and wish to continue. 
  4. I check the box and click 'Unlink'.
  5. The window goes away and nothing happens

Please help me unlink this Xbox account from my EA account.

    Es ist leider ein überraschend häufiges Problem bei EA. Ihr Kontosystem kann manchmal ein bisschen durcheinander sein. Mach dir keine Sorgen, du bist damit nicht allein und wir werden versuchen, es zu klären. Grundsätzlich ist das, was passiert, wahrscheinlich eine kleine Störung irgendwo im System. Es ist, als würde die Botschaft durchgehen, aber die tatsächlich https://casinovacasino.com.de/  Veränderung bleibt nicht hängen. Probieren Sie einen anderen Browser aus: Dies ist der einfachste Anfang. Manchmal wird ein Browser nur etwas verzögert.

    Try these steps:

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Type EA Account into the search field
    3. Select the EA Account tile
    4. Click on See more topics
    5. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
    6. Click on the option for chat


    That should get you in touch with an advisor.

    The EA Help website is not helpful.

    The chat bot endlessly loops me back to an article that doesn't help.

    When I try to open a case, I get pointed to the same article.

    Whenever I click a button to talk to an advisor, I get sent to a page that says "This issue is not supported by advisors".

    This is ridiculous.
