Unable to contact ToS team for an appeal as no Penalty History recorded
For the last few days I have been going around in circles with EA Help trying to resolve what appears to be an account ban on Battlefield V despite no Penalty History showing.|
- BFV main menu states I have a ban on my account and cannot access online features despite no penalty history showing.
- I cannot dispute a ban via https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/penalty-history/ as there is no ban or penalty history.
- I require a means of contacting the ToS team that isnt via the webportal as this method does not work when there is no Penalty History showing.
When I reach out to EA help I just get an auto generated email stating to raise an appeal via penalty history to have the ToS team look into this, however this isnt possible as I have no penalty history to appeal in the first place.
Some assistance in the matter would be helpful, dealing with EA Help AI responses is getting frustrating and is going nowhere.
