Unable to contact ToS team for an appeal as no Penalty History recorded

For the last few days I have been going around in circles with EA Help trying to resolve what appears to be an account ban on Battlefield V despite no Penalty History showing.|

  • BFV main menu states I have a ban on my account and cannot access online features despite no penalty history showing.
  •  I cannot dispute a ban via https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/penalty-history/ as there is no ban or penalty history.
  •  I require a means of contacting the ToS team that isnt via the webportal as this method does not work when there is no Penalty History showing.

When I reach out to EA help I just get an auto generated email stating to raise an appeal via penalty history to have the ToS team look into this, however this isnt possible as I have no penalty history to appeal in the first place.

Some assistance in the matter would be helpful, dealing with EA Help AI responses is getting frustrating and is going nowhere.

    That's a strange one Jidds95​.

    Let's try talking with out support team here https://help.ea.com/en/ 

    They will be able to review your account with you and suggest the best course of action.

    We can't help with account related issues here as we can't discuss your account with you.

    I've done exactly that and they can't help. I keep getting pointed to links that don't work and steps that don't work. I'm not sure if it's a regional thing. But of the 3 cases I've raised all have ended with EA Help throwing up their hands and saying it's too hard and closing the ticket.

    I simply need to get in contact with the ToS team but have literally no mechanism to do so, even with the 'help' of EA Help.

    Live support said the same thing as you.

    I don't have a penalty history showing, so I can't raise an appeal in the first place. 

    The usual steps to contact the ToS team don't appear, presumably due to me not having a Penalty History, or that I am based in Australia and EA Help has some kind of regional restrictions in place.
