Cant access email for EA account

if you cant access the email, surely you can reset the password for it to be able to access it?

I have the same issue my yahoo account was discontinued how do I reconnect my Xbox account so I can participate in the beta?

Sadly no, its connected to a phone number I no longer have. I know the password, but when entering it there, it needs to send a text code. Only way to fix it is purchse their premium tech service which i will not do.

I have a similar issue with my Steam account. It's linked to an old email of mine that has since been deleted from the old email providers systems/database for inactivity. Meaning I can't recover/reset the password for that account. I sent in a support ticket to get my Steam account un-linked from the old/dead account and recently checked up on the ticket to find it "Resolved". They didn't even send an email detailing what they did to "resolve" it and the Steam account is still linked to the defunct account.

It also doesnt help EA leaves absolutely no way to contact them and get help lol

Please let me know if you find a way to get ahold of anyone at EA. I have been trying to contact anyone about my case/cases about unlinking an old email but cannot talk to anyone and they just close my case out of nowhere saying I didn’t respond to their message even though I’m waiting in the chat that continues to always say 99+ people in line. So frustrating and same thing happens every case I open for it

Same here, however i have the old EA ID my old login details and the correct current phone number and i can tell them all the games on the account, but can i get them on the chat function to talk ..no chance !! 99+ for 4 days solid even after 6+ hours waiting looking at the chat box :)

So updating this thread.

Yahoo is unwilling to help. I even was willing to do their paid service and they said they cant help.

I contacted Playstation as well, seeing if they could unlink the EA account from their end and they said they cant.

So basically we are down to EA, and since EA refuses to have a customer service department and help us, in these situations we are just SOL.

I even went as far as to try getting a code sent to my WhatsApp and contacting their customer service but to no avail. 

I must say, this business model EA has of having nobody that is willing to help us is a massive slap to the face and should honestly be illegal. Now my Playstation account is linked to a EA account Ill never to able to access.
