Cant change email linked to PSN.

This is nothing to do with the forums. I am infuriated with EA customer support and have been attempting to get my account back for years.

Live chat waiting times are wildly long.

With countless hours on Apex Legends, it hits me with a password email reset link to an email I no longer have access to.

I just want to switch the email that is currently linked to my PSN. Why is that impossible for me to do.
