Cant Change Steam Link Account?

Hi, i just Unlinked old Account that was Hacked, And wanted to link my new one steam account, but i cant somehow, Any help?

    As far as I'm aware, you have to wait until your ''cooling period'' is finished. Support will basically tell you the same thing sadly
