Cant dissolve link with steam. Please help.

My ea account is linked to an email  and I deleted that email because of personal reasons, and that ea account is linked to my steam account. I bought ea fc 26 today via steam and when i launched it, it asked for my ea account which is linked to my deleted email. I want to dissolve that link with my steam account and use another ea account.
