Can't login

can you guys help me for solving my prob?

i can't login to my account, when open the EA app there's a trouble so i've to login again, when i choose steam to login and accept all, when i go back the EA send the code to this email su*****@amphidiscli.com  idk who's that. That's not mine

now i'm using my new account, but when i play the game i'm using my account without login to the EA app
