can't find the “Email us” option on the web form
My account was banned in *Apex Legends*. I’ve submitted appeals twice before. However, the ban wasn’t lifted, and when I tried to submit another appeal this time, too much time had passed, and I could no longer file an appeal through the Penalty History tool.
After looking into it, I found that I should submit the appeal via the web form.

I completed steps 1 through 3, but step 4, “Email us,” does not appear.
I clicked “Submit” once to see what would happen, but even now, two weeks later, I haven’t received any emails.
Please let me know how I can make the “Email us” option available.

If you are unable to access the ban appeal tool then speaking with our live support would be the best thing to do.
You can reach our live support team here who will be able to review your account with you and open a case to appeal your ban again if possible.
