Can't get a good pool A

I spend all 8 hours everyday on this games yet I can't get a good pool A player and I get disconnected everytime am about to progress to 20 stars or 10 stars, it's disheartening that I spend almost my everyday on this game because I love it but I can't pack a good player, please look into this and help me out
