Can't link EA Account, Can't create support ticket...

I'm really get frustrated. I'm a dad so I don't have much time to play. It's been years since I've had time. I signed up for XBox Game Pass Cloud and tried to play Battlefield and I'm met with this error.

"Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account RedPandaDev already linked to your EA Account for 1b*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime."

First off, that's an EA domain so I don't know how I'm even supposed to rectify this. I have two EA accounts, both work. Neither is banned, or disabled. I verified both. Secondly, the support DOES NOT WORK.

It is literally impossible to create a case. You enter your issue. You press Submit. It takes you to a page summarizing your draft case. You press "Email Support" and are immediately thrown back to the home page. No notifications, notices, you check Cases and nothing is there. I've tried every browser, including incognito. It doesn't work.

Someone please create a case for me and let me play.

    We all living in the EA nightmare of account linking problems and they do nothing insane

    same issue need to unlink old account i don't have access to email for the one i use. put in ticket 4 to 5 days ago no response.

    Same issue here. Raised a ticket at 07:20 this morning and had an email response about 20 mins ago stating "If you still need help, we can be contacted at help.ea.com". It was clearly a complete waste of time me explaining (as you have done) the issue when they do not address it and redirect me to their help homepage. The email address was a noreply so could not even tackle them that way. Its such a poor show.

    Same but account is still the same since 2009 yet can't link my PS5 which is new. Some disabled EA.email 

    Can link Discord Or YouTube easily but apparently EA can't seem to understand consoles.

    I am having the exact same issue, but with a slightly different mail, that i also dont recognize: "ib*****@outlook.com

    I did niether get any confirmation mail on my ticket i send in. I do not expect EA to get back on this...

    Yep im having the same issue with some random email attached to my "ea" account which is fasle as ive had the same email all my life. When I try to unlink the ps account from the ea account it doesn't show there's ps account associated with the ea account. When I try to link the ps account to ea on ea's website it states there's a ps account associated with ea which I cant unlink. 

     

    I honestly just think its a issue with battlefield 6 thats causing these issues with ea. I'm only thinking this as im able to redownload battle field 2042 and sign in without a single issue some golf game same as no issue with the ea account. Battle field 6 thats where the problem seems to be coming from

    Same problem for me on xbox with the disabled.ea account linked to my Xbox account. Can't unlink. Can't contact support.
