Can't Link EA with Xbox and can't recieve help from EA

I got PC game pass and went to link my EA account with Xbox but my browser was logged in with one Xbox account and the app with another. I realised this too late and had to unlink it. Now EA wont let me link the Xbox account I want to link because 'you can only link one Xbox account in it's lifetime'. Which is a very silly rule to have. Both accounts that I want to link share the same E-Mail so how is it a security risk.

I went to open a case with EA but the support site is the worst I've ever seen. A support site that won't let you contact support. Who's Idea was that. Now im stuck with PC game pass and the inability to play EA Play games due to this.
