Im having the exact same issue. I have opened 2 different cases trying to get some help. From my understanding reading responses from other posts the "community Managers" say that the fix is to have customer support unlink the account from the gamertag and relink it. but good luck actually getting help. EA has totally dropped the ball on this. I have run the website help circle over and over trying to find a solution but it seems the only fix is to wait for a reply from a non existent help team.
