Can't link my Xbox account that says it's already linked

I've had EA since 2014, never once linked it to an Xbox account. I can't link my xbox to my EA account. It claims it's already linked but I've never linked it. Can I PLEASE get some help on this? I want to play battlefield and starwars on my xbox but I can't for some dumb reason.
