Can't Link Playstation Acount

I just went to link my ea account with my ps5 via the ea website and its already linked to some unkown email address that it says is disabled, i have never linked my playstation account to my ea acco...

Hey there, it seems that your PSN ID is already linked to an EA account that's currently disabled. To get assistance with that, you will need to contact EA Help. If you contacted them via email, it might take a couple of days to get a reply. If you would like to get an immediate response, I suggest that you contact them via chat.
