cant link to steam account

"Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for *******@gmail.com was previously linked to the Steam account for ..."

i want to link my EA account to my steam account “***”. 

but you ''EA'' still telling me: ''Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for *******@gmail.com was previously linked to the Steam account for ... ''

But in fact, it is not linked to any Steam account. !!

please help me to link my EA account to my steam account “***”.

    If you cannot see the account linked when you log in to your EA account, it's very likely that it is linked to a different EA account. For further assistance with that, you will need to contact EA Help support: How to get help with your EA Account
