Can't link Xbox account to EA account

Here is a small update

1. I managed to find out what email I used on my Xbox 360 (my dad's email). Yesterday I logged back in his account and changed the password to enable it but when I try to link it to the Xbox account it still says the same thing as in the picture. In the Connections tab on the EA website it says that it isn't linked to any Xbox accounts even though this is the one I used lol.
2. I went on help.ea.com website and used the 24/7 chat and still nothing happened. They marked it as resolved lol. I hope you can help

That email domain can appear for a few reasons:

• You haven't logged in in a long time
• The account was compromised and then locked
• Someone requested an account deletion
• The account was banned by TOS

You were right to reach out to the support team.. They can assist with EA account cases, and they'll take a look and do their best to help you from there if you get in touch.

You mentioned already trying but not getting through to them. Could you share a bit more about what steps you took? I'll be better able to share steps that may help once I understand where the blocker popped up.
