I accidentally linked my Xbox account to the ea account I had linked to Twitch in order to play the battlefield 6 beta. However, Im trying to link my Xbox account back to the EA account ive been using for years because I wanted to play Madden but now I can't unlink my Xbox account from my new one. Now whenever I play a game like Madden or battlefront, everything is fresh off and ive lost everything.
Same here gang. Ive been trying to get this account unlinked since last night. I can’t seem to find a way to get into contact with any admin
I was able to get ahold of someone through ea support and he said theres nothing they can do. The 6 month wait period is bc of their new security system and theres nothing ea can do. So the only thing I can reccomend grind everything back from the old ea games because if you do link it back your going to have to wait again.
The wierd thing is on my new ea account when i load up college football 26 i still have my road to glory charceter but evyrhting is fresh new. Or on battlefront 2 the levels of my heroes are the same like my maul is still level 700 which is the same on my old ea account. But I dont have the ards unlocked for any of them. Now battlefield 5 evrything got reset.
