Can't log into an hacked account

Question

Hi,My old email account has been hacked. I can't connect to my main EA account. This is also my EA account bound to Steam. My old EA account seems to have a different email since I can't recover the code to connect.I've contacted the support about it. I haven't got any news, no mails and neither any open case in the support part.I've shared old my email details. A proof of owning a game with the expense proof.&nbsp;I would like to recover my old account to be able to play BF6, or at least unbound my old EA from my steam account.Does anybody have any experience with the support or any of this?

Hi there!&nbsp;I saw your post from a few days ago and noticed you haven’t received any replies yet. Were you able to get in touch with EA Help to sort things out?
If not, try creating a support case while logged out of your account, which usually lets you open a new ticket. When you do, select “Compromised EA Account” as the topic. That should give you the option to start a live chat with support.

Hi! thank you for your answer.I tried a first ticket about the hacked account. Then I found mroe details few days after that and opened a second one.I did a third one yesterday.I never got any reply.Thank you

I tried to find the live chat option, but it only guides me to fill a form as a guest.
